About
Mel Williford has been bringing Virginia's landscape indoors for as long as she’s lived here.
Snowdrop Floral Design grew out of a simple idea: fresh botanicals in every room, sourced from what’s growing nearby, set in something interesting Mel picked up at an estate sale. At some point this stopped being an idea, and started being a calling.
Mel forages her own materials, sources her vessels from antique shops and thrift stores, and designs every arrangement around the specific space it's going into.
No two are the same because no two spaces are.
She's based in Richmond, Virginia, and delivers locally.
